Online arrangement of appointment

Welcome to our online arrangement of appointment, which is available to you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

From Monday to Friday the period from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm is reserved for online appointments. These are 30 minute short appointments. If your pet requires further diagnostics, please call our reception (0711/63738-0) for an appointment. For a short appointment, please feel free to use our request form for the arrangement of your appointment. For our regular appointments and in urgent cases please contact us by telephone 0711/63738-0 or in a life-threatening emergency case please come directly to our veterinary clinic.

PLEASE NOTICE:

When making an appointment online it is not possible to select a desired veterinarian. Furthermore, due to the high demand, it ist not possible to make an appointment at a special service (cardiology, oncology, neurology, dermatology, a.s.o.) via the online booking system. So, if your pet might have a heart or skin problem, a tumor or neurologic symptoms (such as epileptiformic seizures, ataxia, a.s.o.) please call our reception for an appointment. 

Appointments for breeding examinations and confirmations (such as DOK) are only available via our reception as well. 

Please note that your appointment booking is binding! In case of any changes, you may cancel your appointment free of charge 24 hours before the actual appointment. We reserve the right to charge a fee for a booked but unused appointment. Thank you so much.

After you cancel your booking, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link. Using the activation link you must confirm your appointment one more time within 12 hours.
